of old 9-1-1 systems and equipment
All equipment is removed from a 9-1-1 center and taken to one of our local facilities. Once the equipment is received and processed, all data storage devices are removed and physically destroyed to ensure that there is no possibility of recovering data information contained within. All equipment is then recycled or disposed of using environmentally friendly methods.
It is important to dispose of critical electronics properly to protect sensitive data from theft and prevent hazardous chemicals like mercury and lead from polluting our environment. That is why we use established recycling and disposal safety practices ensuring environmental compliance as well as the destruction of all data that could be retrieved from devices.
